Our Ideal Candidate

Skilled trades expert with strong customer focus.

Gas Technician 2 (G2) license with solid hands-on experience installing or servicing residential water heaters and related equipment.
Strong technical understanding of water heater systems, installation standards, troubleshooting, and safe operating practices.
Proven ability to assess issues quickly and apply effective solutions, even in time sensitive situations.
Clear, professional communication skills and a customer first approach on every call.
Committed to safety protocols, compliance with local codes, and consistently high-quality workmanship.
Dependable, growth oriented, and proactive in staying current with new technologies and maintaining strong organizational habits.

Your Key Responsibilities

Install residential water heaters and tankless units with professionalism and a strong focus on customer experience.
Assess onsite conditions, identify issues, and complete replacements or repairs safely and efficiently.
Handle installation, removal, and maneuvering of water heaters using proper techniques and materialhandling equipment.
Ensure all work aligns with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and Reliance safety standards.
Guide customers on proper operation, maintenance, and available Reliance products, services, and upgrade options.
