Our Ideal Candidate

Technical expert committed to exceptional home comfort.

  • Gas Technician Il license and 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic certification or Gas B ticket supported by practical HVAC service experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of residential heating and cooling systems, diagnostics, and safe repair practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Clear, professional communicator with excellent customer service skills and a people-first approach.
  • Committed to safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and delivering high quality workmanship on every call.
  • Dependable, growth minded, and proactive in staying current with new technologies and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional residential HVAC service with a strong focus on customer care and reliability.
  • Assess equipment performance on-site, identify issues, and carry out accurate, effective repairs.
  • Service and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC accessories in accordance with codes and manufacturer requirements.
  • Complete diagnostic work safely and thoroughly while ensuring all systems operate as intended.
