Our Ideal Candidate

Skilled trades expert with strong customer focus.
  • 313D/A Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license or Gas B Ticket with solid hands-on experience installing residential HVAC equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of heating and cooling systems, manufacturer specifications, and safe installation practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, assess customer needs, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Dependable team player who can work independently while supporting shared goals and performance targets.
  • Consistently adheres to safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and high standards of workmanship.
  • Growth minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and expand technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally install residential HVAC equipment and accessory items in alignment with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Verify safe operation of all new installations and clearly guide homeowners on proper use and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and support customers with honest, accurate information.
  • Deliver service with strong customer focus, building positive relationships and identifying additional Reliance products or programs that meet their needs.
  • Support team goals by obtaining HVAC leads and contributing to performance targets.
  • Stay committed to continuous learning and skill development to grow within a supportive, customer oriented team.
