Our Ideal Candidate
- 306A Plumbing License or Red Seal/ Journeyperson with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities under time constraints.
- Professional communication and customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Commitment to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality workmanship.
- Growth-oriented, dependable, and proactive in planning and prioritizing tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver general residential plumbing services with professionalism and strong customer focus.
- Diagnose on-site issues, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure first-time fixes.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings.
- Perform diagnostics and service work in compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
- Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and the value of Reliance products and programs.
