- 309A Electrician License or Red Seal/ Journeyperson.
- Strong technical knowledge of home electrical systems, diagnostics, repairs, and modern installation practices.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to prioritize and deliver first time fixes.
- Professional communication and customer service skills with a homeowner first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a supportive team environment.
- Commitment to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and high-quality workmanship.
- Growth-oriented, dependable, and proactive in planning, learning, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver residential electrical services with professionalism, safety, and a strong customer focus.
- Diagnose electrical issues on-site, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure first time, high-quality fixes.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panel upgrades, rewiring, generator installations, and removal of outdated systems.
- Conduct general and detailed equipment inspections to ensure system integrity and homeowner safety.
- Educate customers on electrical system care, maintenance, and the value of Reliance products, services, and programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern electrical equipment, regulations, and best practices.
